Who makes the majority of the money off of artists' prints?

What of my art (and the art of others) gets "fav'ed" and commented more?
Un-original renditions of recognizable characters as opposed to original works that require REAL imagination.
The only reason I even HAVE a dA is because a bunch of my friends said I should, and because they're on here too. But you know what? I'm not entirely sure it's worth the disappointment society often offers. Originality and heart is what inspires me; not cookie-cutter characters set to the same bland tones. Be imaginative, and learn to appreciate imagination.
